🎯 Challenge

The Municipality of Luján requested the development and implementation of a system to collect and centralize debt information of residents with the municipality and to manage actions to promote payment.

✅ Solution

Sysmo developed a system that gathers debt information from the organization’s internal management systems to create cases and enable municipal agents to track each one. The system also allows generating different instances of notifications and sending them to taxpayers, with tracking of emails sent to the digital addresses of individuals.
